Order Processing

​All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the Kansas City area. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your curated artifact is on its way. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

​Sustainable Packaging

​Protecting your wearable art and the environment is a priority. Every order is shipped using 100% compostable mailers and plant-based labels to actively support a circular economy. We never use unnecessary virgin plastics or individual poly bags, even for multi-item orders.

​Shipping Rates and Delivery

​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier method. You can monitor your package's transit progress using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

​International Shipping

​We offer international shipping to select global destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the final destination. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred.

​Lost or Damaged Packages

​If your package arrives damaged or is delayed significantly in transit, please reach out as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please retain all original compostable packaging, as carriers occasionally require it for inspection.
